In November, the research team at South China Agriculture University (SCAU) worked closely with Supply Chain Management Research (SCMR) team at University of Arkansas (UA). Over one thousand samples were collected from four retail markets in China (Vanguard, Metro, Lotus and Walmart) for Salmonella testing. The samples were further divided into difference groups, such as frozen and refrigerated samples, with bone and without bone, etc., in order to better understand and analyze the data. With the tests data provided by SCAU, SCMR team created a visualization dashboard, which could directly display sample related information, such as location, property, testing time, testing result, and more.
