On November 21, 2019, Dr. Yanbin Li, Distinguished Professor of the University of Arkansas was invited to visit Shenyang Agricultural University and discussed some issues on the phase II of Walmart Project with Prof. Tianlai Li, Fellow of Chinese Academy of Engineering.

First, Prof. Yanbin Li briefed the group about the opening ceremony of the Phase II project “Poultry Excellence in China: Improving Food Safety of Poultry Supply Chain”, and clarified the role and responsibility of Shenyang Agricultural University in this project. Then, Prof. Tianlai Li shared the experience of his research team in the area of facilitated agriculture in vegetable supply chain. Then, Prof. Jianhan Lin from China Agricultural University and Prof. Mingfang Qi from Shenyang Agricultural University discussed the collaboration of the project in detail.
