The 8th Predictive Microbiology and Micro-risk Forum was held in Hangzhou on October, 16-18, 2020. The meeting is attended by more than 100 attendees, which consists of 35 universities, research institutes and food industry. Asso. Prof. Wen Wang was invited to give a speech on quantitative risk assessment model of Salmonella contamination for the broiler chicken supply chain in the meeting. Asso. Prof. Wen Wang exchanged views on the application of microbiological risk assessment in government regulation and enterprise production. Through this meeting, the communication and cooperation between group members of the project and domestic peer experts were strengthened.
