The International Pork Safety Forum was successfully held in Chongqing International Expo Center on October 20, 2021. The meeting invited hundreds of guests from more than 10 universities and enterprises all over the worlds, including Huanchun Chen, the Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and the professor of Huazhong agricultural university. The meeting also invited professor Yanbin Li from Arkansas university in the United States, Zhiwei Hua, the executive director of Wal-mart food safety collaboration center, UMN promote Chinese pork supply food safety project manager Aimin Liu.

At the meeting, professor Yuxing Han from South China Agricultural University shared the topic of "Building comprehensive Detection and Analysis System using block chain and Big Data Analysis Technology". Professor Yuxing Han introduced the relevant related work and research progress of the project, and put forward the block chain help Chinese pork supply chain data security, to build a safe and reliable food supply chain supervision system, with experts attending the meeting, on technology development, scientific research innovation and practical production requirements, and other aspects discussed. Through this conference, the exchange and cooperation between the project and domestic and foreign experts was strengthened.
